Verizon Hosting Completes SAS Exams

Basking Ridge, New Jersey – (The Hosting News) – March 28, 2007 – The SAS 70 Type II examination of the Verizon Business Premium Data Colocation Centers, as well as the exam for managed hosting Smart Centers, have been completed.

The examinations, performed by Ernst and Young LLP, addressed the sustainability of Verizon Business’ design of controls as well as the operating effectiveness of those controls within the processes of its Premium and Smart Data Centers, from which the company delivers managed services.
