		<description>As a customer and editor of the consumer blog, TheConsumerJournal.com, I can attest to the responsive customer service of GoDaddy.com. Unlike other online giants, GoDaddy.com does not outsource their consumer concerns to India, the Phillipines, etc. When customers contact the company, the lag time is minimal and more importantly, their representatives are professional experts. GoDaddy.com is an American company that values their customers.  

On March 18th, 2008, my company experienced an unusual security situation with the hosting company. The case was handled expediently.
