GoDaddy Race Car, Debuted by NASCAR's Earnhardt
Scottsdale, Arizona – (Cheap Web Hosting Directory) – May 20, 2008 – Go Daddy’s racing car, recently debuted with NASCAR’s most popular driver, Dale Earnhardt Jr., at the Texas Motor Speedway.
Shortly after becoming a spokesman for Go Daddy, the two-time Nationwide Series champion designed the sleek black, orange and green vehicle.
Mr. Earnhardt noted, ”I was excited about it when I designed it. Now I just can’t wait to get it out there. We’re looking forward to a great run in the No. 5 GoDaddy.com Chevrolet.”
Go Daddy announced its Earnhardt sponsorship in December, after signing a deal with JR Motorsports and Hendrick Motorsports. The two organizations officially combined operations for the NASCAR Nationwide Series after the 2007 racing schedule.
The agreement made Go Daddy the primary sponsor for the No. 5 NASCAR Nationwide Series Chevrolets for six races in 2008. Mark Martin, the all-time leader in Nationwide victories, will also drive the No. 5 GoDaddy.com Chevrolet this year. Martin has already scored a victory this season at the Sam’s Town 300 in Las Vegas. Also driving for Go Daddy this season is Canadian road racing ace Ron Fellows.

Nationwide Series races are broadcast live on ABC, ESPN and ESPN2. Last year, the series drew millions of TV viewers. Its popularity made the sponsorship an easy decision for Go Daddy.
