Dot5 customers can call or email the company 24/7 to get support. They also offer live chat. The testimonials submitted by customers say how good the company’s support is, but of course, the only way to know for sure is to test it out yourself.

On the bottom of Dot5’s web site, there is a link to a “secret” page. If you sign up from that page, you’ll save 20% off of your new order (brings the price down from $4.95 to $3.96). This is pretty unique, but one should never argue when saving money.
