Although fair in price, the customer support is terrible. It takes forever to get a reply (I have not once gotten one within 10 minutes) and for those times when uptime is crucial to your business and website, mydediserver falls short. One instance in particular, my server went down... and was down for 9 whole hours. It took 5 hours for them to reply to my several trouble tickets just to say "we're working on it". which was a lie because after the smoke settled and i was back online 9 hours later, i find out that all i needed was a server reboot. yes. Somebody to walk over to my server and hit the reset button. Recap: 5 hours to reply to tell me they're working on it. 9 hours to reboot the server. Then after voicing my concerns to the people in charge they tried to appease me with a $10.00 discount. After I let them know that $10.00 wasn't suitable compensation for the loss of customers and dealing with a damaged reputation... he told me i could take it or look elsewhere. So look elsewhere I did. If uptime and customer support is important to you, don't waste your time.

Ive been using mydediserver for 6 months now and have had no issues whatsoever. I also run a sensitive server and wanted support once and got it almost instantly. So far they have been fantastic, great value for money. Cant beat that.
