Digital River Inks Gaming Agreement
Minneapolis, Minnesota – (Website Hosting Directory) – May 2, 2007 – Global e-commerce and web hosting outsourcing provider, Digital River, has entered into an agreement with Ziff Davis Gaming Network subsidiary, 1UP Network.
Under the terms of the agreement, Digital River will enhance the marketing of 1UP Network’s downloadable game catalog, by providing its retail clients access to 1UP Network’s game content. In addition, while offering its game publishing clients distribution access one of the Internet’s leading game sites, Digital River will deliver its game catalog to the 1UP Network site and manage transactions and downloads for the catalog sales.

To further promote its downloadable game catalog, Digital River is offering its online retail clients expanded game reviews and other content from the 1UP Network. The 1UP Network content includes comprehensive news, reviews, previews, features, exclusives, videos, cheats, blogs and unique editorial from the Ziff Davis Game Group’s industry leading publications and more. By combining the quality and depth of this content with Digital River’s growing game catalog, retailers can offer the product detail they need to attract and retain gaming consumers and ultimately increase game sales.
To support the sales from its downloadable game catalog on the 1UP Network site, Digital River is providing a range of e-commerce services. These services include catalog hosting, payment processing, game downloads, fraud screening and customer service support.
