I maintain e-mail clients for a number of small businesses, and one insists on using BellSouth….but I can candidly say that I spend far more time with problems related to BellSouth hosting than any other ISP in the stable. Typical problems include blacklisting due to spam originating from a shared BellSouth server, e-mail outages during the business day, and unresponsive customer service.
